The space
65 m² ground-floor apartment: one double bedroom and a spacious living room with a sofa bed, comfortable for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge), dining and seating areas. Large private bathroom with a chromotherapy rain shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine, iron and drying rack. Private entrance onto a quiet courtyard, all on the ground floor: no stairs.
The neighbourhood
You're in Como's historic centre, within the old walls: the Cathedral is about 600 metres away, the Basilica of Sant'Abbondio a little further. On foot you reach the lakefront, the Brunate funicular, Villa Olmo and the shopping streets. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets right downstairs. The nearest parking is along Viale Varese (paid), less than a 5-minute walk from the house. Milan about an hour away.
