Air conditioning, independent heating, fast Wi-Fi, washing machine and Smart TV. Curated personal furnishings: gilded frames, vintage posters, design objects — a host's home, not an anonymous rental.
The neighbourhood
Como historic centre, a few steps from the lakefront and Piazza Cavour. A five-minute walk from the Duomo, ten from the Brunate funicular. Restaurants, wine bars and historic shops within easy reach. The regional Como S. Giovanni station (train to Milan in 50 minutes) is about a 12-minute walk away.
