Property management in Lezzeno
on Lake Como, end-to-end.
Lake Como's longest municipality, between hidden caves and Bellagio.
Why this area
Lezzeno is the first municipality you meet when leaving Bellagio towards Como on the eastern shore, with 1,848 residents over 20.7 km² stretching for 7 km along the waterfront: it is the lake's longest municipality. Seventeen hamlets — including Calvasino, Cavagnola, Pescaù, Rozzo and Bagnana — dot the coast and the slopes of Monte di Lezzeno.
The main attractor is the Grotta dei Bulberi (or Blue Grotto), set into the cliffs of Sassi Grosgalli and reachable only by boat: the blue light effects during the central hours of the day have made it a mandatory stop on kayak and dinghy tours between Bellagio and Como. The Ponte del Diavolo (1911-1917) carries traffic toward Bellagio, while the legend of the bulberi fuels a folkloric narrative of witches, sabbaths and wizards.
- 7 km of coastline and 17 hamlets: longest municipality on Lake Como
- Grotta dei Bulberi / Blue Grotto: boat-only access, fixed stop on Bellagio-Como tours
- Calvasino, Pescaù, Bagnana, Crotto hamlets: micro-beaches and private docks
- SS583 Lariana from Como 24 km (40-50 min), C30 ASF bus, Bagnana ferry stop
